Read moreThe Big Ned Kelly was an awesome and big statue! The statue stands in front of a coffee shop selling coffee beans, ice cream and sugar candy. The whole town is very quaint with lots of buildings to visit and explore. There's a museum with lots of memorabilia and replica of Ned Kelly's homestead that you can check out for a small fee ($12 for adults, $2 for kids). There's also a shop selling fancy gourmet goods and local alcohol. Read moreThe town is a fun little stop off on your way up to Canberra from Melbourne or vice versa. There isn't that much to see here so I wouldn't go too out of your way to see it but I enjoyed viewing the statue and visiting the little quirky local stores.
There were multiple shops in town that had signs out front indicating the best coffee in town, as we were walking past one of them I heard hurried footsteps behind us and one of the employees was racing back from a different shop with a takeaway coffee haha
