The most amazing scones I have ever had . I make a mean scone , however these are next level. We dropped in for coffee passing through to Melbourne. Enjoyed them so much we had to drop back in on our return to Sydney. The lady was also so lovely. Pleasant & accomodating . Made the experience even nicer. I didn’t t get her name , however she was running a one man show. She was no only pleasant , she was efficient. Thank you šŸ™ Do yourself a favour if you like scones. The boiled lollies are pretty good also , especially the rhubarb & custard.

Such a lovely little place! We had a savory pie and a toastie, both were absolutely delicious. The shop itself is super cute, with a cozy and inviting vibe. The woman behind the counter (owner or staff, not sure!) was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Will definitely come back to try the sweets and ice cream next time!

Melbourne quality coffee in a country town! Definitely worth stopping before or after crossing into NSW. I didn't try the popcorn but saw them preparing to make onsite. It's a country town so opening hours are a bit flexible, but at a minimum open 10am-4pm daily, sometimes earlier and sometimes later.

A real treat, just off the Hume highway 230 kilometres north of Melbourne is the village of Glenrowan. King Valley Popcorn is the best example of country hospitality at its highest, Sharon and her team have you feeling like family at their kitchen table. I was in London recently and my daughter and I went to a world famous speciality Scone restaurant. This restaurant in the Borough of Notting Hill has been featured in block buster movies. There was a long line of customers down the street that took us 1.5 hours to get a table. Loads of Scone flavours with many different teas and coffees. Frankly it was so disappointing, all I could think of was my awesome experiences back in Glenrowan Australia at King Valley Popcorn. It seems one needs to go halfway around the world to remember how lucky we are here in Australia. Glenrowan is a great trip back in our...

We stopped in for a coffee yesterday on our way through Glenrowan. The coffees and my children’s hot chocolates were delicious. We couldn’t resist trying a bag of salted caramel popcorn. So good!!! No, it’s not as cheap as the commercially manufactured, imported version from the supermarket, but knowing we were supporting a lovely little local business, made it worth the extra few dollars. We will definitely pop in again on our...
