Jetpack Adventures - Central Coast — Attraction in Kariong

I don’t normally ever write negative reviews but my partner and I were super disappointed at how our booking experience turned out. He purchased this as a gift for my birthday 2 weeks before and was given several confirmation emails, reminder emails, etc. We were so excited! We started driving down from Sydney and have accommodation booked on the coast when jet pack adventures calls (1 hour before booking) to let us know they are closed on sundays and couldn’t even accommodate us on the Monday. They had 2 weeks (from booking date) to let us know this and absolutely disappointed that they decided to let us know 1 hour before when we were already on the road.
