I had my hiace commuter inspected yesterday. The inspector took me to a hydraulic lifter which i reckon for small/car. I only have millimetres between side mirrors. The inspectors gave instruction left or right which i followed. He reckoned i did not followed his instruction. He was angry and yelled. He stopped giving instruction. Here is my verdict: 1. Unfriendly service. I cant accept someone yelled at me. Very disrespectful. 2. Insufficient equipment. The hydraulic lifter should give enough space for bigger than normal car. Been FORCED to give 1 star due to experience from the new Front girl(short one, sorry but idk name). Been going to this amazing place for inspections for years but last couple times wasn’t treated good. Staffs are amazing Stev, Alx, Tim including zoey always try to help beyond boundaries but the little one meh and Not helpful at all. I did the right thing to get my vehicle assessed. Paid the company in the morning, then they had the audacity & charged me another $125 for 5 minute check of my vehicle!!! When I disputed this amount, they just said "We're just doing what DOT instructed us to do" This place is owned by Greedy money making Cowboys who have no consideration or Empathy!
