Subway — Restaurant in Western Australia

Came in for a quick lunch not realising how busy it would be and I can say I am nothing if not impressed with the highly efficient Production line was a witness to. Within 3 minutes we went from being 9th in line to being done and Paid for. The service was completely genuine and the staff were well presented and very friendly with an impeccably clean workspace for such a busy time of day.

Communication between staff was actually impressive to watch, well practiced and very prepared for the service rush.

If I could give more stars I would.

Also food was amazing and fresh through and through. So much seating available too, no stressing about dirty tables or waiting for any table to clear...

Asked for buffalo chicken foot long instead started adding ordinary chicken pieces. When asked, started excuses and throwing cheese and other ingredients here and there, later disappeared and came back to serve other customers.

Please get trained to find the difference between buffalo chicken and normal chicken pieces.

If you are not happy to serve the customers then better not stand in the position......wasting time......

Had to call and speak to someone about the staff making racial comments, they don’t get back to you,. The customers and staff are racist at times. Be careful there. My food was salty, which I did mention to the I spoke and they did not call to say they have followed after all of that. Flawed place. Not worth the time or what you...
