I'm not so sure but is this the' "Bollygum National Park" of the original live filmed children's 1987/89 ABC's "Blinky Bill" set?! If it is, I'd love to visit it as the mid to late 80's puppet version of Blinky Bill was a childhood favourite show of mine!!! It has to be the place, must be?!...I highly doubt that Blinky Bill's original tree house is there now though.. But I really want to visit and retrace the steps of the original Blinky Bill show if this really is the park set that started it all?!.....There's no other park that has the Bollygum name here unless it's fictional?!....That's why I'm giving this park 4 stars because of the original...
Read moreWent for a weekend farmers market. The stalls and stallholders were great. 5 stars for that. But the park was more meh... Basic facilities. Small walking area. Skate park included but a small one. Considering the nature trails in the area, this park is more for residents on an evening walk than anything else. Minimal roadside parking as well so the weekend market had minimal traffic. But the variety and quality of goods available was top notch. Would love to see those...
Read moreGreat little park in Kinglake. Lots of little interesting things for the kids and adults to play with like a semi half open house with a fireplace and little bridges nearby.
Artistic wall where plants, trees and animals have been carved into it looks really nice.
A few different play equipments, talking tubes, musical instruments, swings and a sand digger.
In a nice little place where you can walk around.
