The produce is fresh, organic, free range and local and tastes absolutely incredible. Enrico and the team are wonderful, friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your dining experience is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
If you are also looking for quality wine, then you have found the right place. Stand-out wine that the owner of the estate is known for is the Chardonnay which is a magnificent drop as well as the other varieties (pinos gris, Riesling, sauvignon blanc)
My fiancè and I had the margarita pizza with free range salami & the double smoked ham pizza (organic ham) with artichoke emulsion. A must visit if you are planning to drive up to visit the area.
I also did a 3 day pizza course with Enrico to learn about methods in sourdough, gluten free, pizza in pala, biga & cold fermentation. The knowledge that I gained with Enrico was second to none as he truly is a master at his craft with over 20 years in the pizza industry. This was one of the best experiences as he is very engaging, patient, kind and can also have a laugh together.

   Read moreA rainy Saturday and a quest for some lunch led us to @tilbrookestate wines. James and Annabelle really embody resilience and determination. They lost their entire vineyard in the 2019 Cudlee Creek bushfire. Many in the local community and from farther afield have rallied to help them rebuild, the crop and the business. What remained of their Cellar Door opened in 2021 and they released their hope! range with grapes and wines gifted from other producers. Their Sparkling Sangiovese is a standout, as is the First Reserve Shiraz. Lunch here is by internationally awarded pizza guru, Enrico Sgarbossa , a northern Italian who calls the ADL hills home now after a time in Sydney. The pizzas are quite honestly some of the best we have eaten. Simple, light, so flavourful, yet generous, and entirely delicious!    Read moreWe recently celebrated our elopement after party at Tilbrook Estate with our friends and family and we're so happy with our experience with the Tilbrook's, and Enrico and Aki. The variety of wines and non alcoholic drinks was extensive so it catered to all our guests. The venue was beautiful and we were so happy we got to decorate it exactly how we wanted. They had a great team to help us coordinate the set up on the day and nothing was too much trouble. Enrico's food was incredible and all our guests raved about it afterwards. He uses the highest quality ingredients which makes me feel like I could go back and eat copious servings of his food (the padellino is a stand out). We can't wait to taste more of Enrico's food soon and see Tilbrook Estate...
