If you want to waste a few hours of your life then head on over. Firstly - the prices for such a small and underwhelming jumping castle are terrible - you have to pay for an adult to enter the park if you have a child as they can't go on their own.
The actual jumping castle is ok, but not very big and something you would see for free at a farmers market.
Then we get to the staff at the venue. Extremely rude and zero clue about how to manage the event. You have to wonder why they are working at this place if this is there attitude but it likely comes down to training, or the lack of.
My wife was denied access to sit on the only seats near the park (even after paying the $4.40 specator fees) so she could feed our newborn baby, she was told that it was for private use only and had to sit on the floor. 15 minutes later someone else was let into the seated area without any issues. Someone then came and plonked a dirty seat in front of her and walked off. Guys - your staff are untrained, rude and should probably be working somewhere else.
I can see a few other 1 star reviews so we wont be the only ones to not return - read the reviews before you think...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI tried to email privately but got no response. I booked 4 children and 2 spectators to attend Dandenong. I had attended last year so knew what to expect. I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of activities compared to last year. We spent $180 and there was one pool with a few slides and about 15 chairs for all visitors. On your website it states: We are thrilled to introduce some new attractions including a large dinosaur-themed jumping castle, over 5,000sqft. Currently the largest inflatable dinosaur themed jumping castle IN THE WORLD! We have themed 9-hole mini golf course at each attraction, and we've added themed nerf wars, Dino Blasters and Monster Blasters.
None of this was available. I would like a refund as your website did not accurately show the true setup. If I knew it would be so poor, I would not have spent so much money on coming.
On the day of our visit, the website had showed the full amenities that were offered last year.
This has now been replaced with a message saying videos and photos are for advertising...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe cost for this activity is overpriced for what you get. We read that our children (under10) needed to be supervised at all times, thinking this meant we also had to pay admission ( not the case, we could have paid as spectators), the inflatables are made for children and are small and limited. You have have to prepay and book before you arrive. when we did arrive and realised that we could have just paid as spectators and that we wouldnāt be able to play with the kids we also read that there are no refunds given. Thereās just not clear directions on this and I would have rather spent money at cable park which is cheaper and a much larger venue where at least as a paying adult you can have fun playing on the inflatables. $140 for standing at the edge of a pool for an hour of watching kids sliding down a...
