Sadly a pretty poor experience and I'm being generous by giving 2 stars.
my wife and I went through the drive throught last night. I guess it must have been near closing time however the staff were rude and very unhelpful. I ordered a zinger stacker burger and was told no zinger patty's were available, ok fair enough but for a large 600ml drink to not be in stock for anything? in this case 7up but we were not even offered a different choice in drink for something that was in stock!.
we were charged $36 dollars for 2 meals to be large and given 1 can of soft drink, my understanding is that comes with a small meal!. so I was charged FULL PRICE for a partially large meal. this is not good customer service. we were also not told how much the order would be when going to pay for it nor was I given the option of getting a receipt.
While I can understand it may have been close to closing time it was a poor experience from staff who just don't have the capacity to work in a customer facing industry.
it would be great if the store manager can respond to this with an apology and be thankful im not asking for a handwritten one. As I feel that I have not gotten what I paid for.
Now we get to the food.
my wife got a bacon and cheese burger and the chicken in it was overcooked. and according to my wife was stringy and tasted poorly it also looked Iike it was just thrown together with no care whatsoever.
my meal the BBQ bacon stacker burger was overcooked both with chicken and the bacon. the bacon was tough and very hard to eat. the chips were undercooked and raw.
oddly enough the popcorn chicken seemed to be the only thing cooked properly.
now after working in hospitality for 10 years I know how food should be cooked.
this service was not good enough and I will be strongly encouraging management to pick the level of customer service up.
I am also wanting a resolution to this within 7 days or I will be making a formal complaint...
Read moreExtremely slow service & very inexperienced staff. This is my second visit as I told myself I will give them a second chance after the super disappointing first visit.
First visit – at least 20 mins wait for a fill up box (during the wait in store, I saw heaps of unhappy customers (one complained the chicken is raw) and witnessed the lack of training and short staff of this store)
Second visit – drive thru to avoid queue, but was asked to drive to front door for a 5 min wait. After 20mins, no staff present any food to front door, and in fact I need to go in store and questioned the food’s whereabout.
Over 15 people queuing up for food, most of them were unhappy and impatient. Only 1 staff doing the cashier and you can feel that she does not enjoy the job as it is so short-staff and people just keep complaining to her.
Finally they found my meal - the burger (which I eventually found out it is wrong) and the meal (missing a side), and I don’t think I will give them a 3rd chance.
A message to the management team or owner of this shop:
I work around here for many years, and you have TONS of potential customers around these industrial area and also lots of tradies & truck drivers. (we do not have 1 hour lunch break, everyone expects quick & efficient service)
If you employed at least 3 more kitchen staff and 3 more cashier staff, you will have TONS of happy and returning customers every day. You are giving so many people an unhappy and disappointing dining experience everyday solely because of your lack of investment.
I also feel very sorry for the staff who works in this store, as I can feel their stress and how unhappy they are working in such a poor environment.

Read moreI apologise in advance for the lengthy review, but I owe it to any potential customers to be as truthful as I can. This has got to be one of the worst KFC establishments in Victoria. Well, at least the worst KFC I have been to by far. I ordered a Zinger box. They were out of Zinger fillets, so I was told I could have Original Recipe instead. However, upon presenting my card to pay, I was told there were in fact no Original Recipe fillets either. I was then given the choice of 2 tenders, which wasn’t a big deal, but I was still charged the price of a Zinger. When I was given my food I asked for a Sunkist, (you’ll never guess what happened next) yet they didn’t have a regular size in stock either. The worst part about the whole experience wasn’t the fact that the food was subpar, to say the very least, or the fact that I ordered supercharged sauce and it wasn’t put on my burger, or the fact that I was ripped off, it was that the staff were rude and unapologetic. I can safely say I will never be returning here again. Do yourself a favour and drive on by to the next KFC because I can tell you now, it can’t be worse...
