What a grouse family afternoon out. We Absolutely loved it !!! The kids & I had a ball. Was a bit of a walk from the carpark but that was part of the fun & it really wasn't too far. And once at the playground area it was all worth it. It was really fantastic. Between watching the wallabies bouncing by & the playground being big enough for me to be able to get to play with them I really had a great day. We ALL DID

Good spot for lunch on a sunny day. There are toilets, a drinking tap, a field for sport, plenty of barbeques and a playground for the kids. You can also go for a loop walk past the lake that leads back around to the main carpark. We saw a few wallabies and an echidna. A neat picnic area/park.

The picnic area had huge playground and is a great entertainer for kids. There were several benches to sit and rest or eat. There were rabbits running around as well.

Nice little play area, with great facilities including a huge undercover BBQ section and toilets.

It is a bit of a short walk to get to (ie: not right next to the massive car park which is also a journey of mega proportions) so this may be an issue if you have people with limited mobility. The path is fine for prams and wheelchairs.

One problem though, this area is shared by bicycles, so take...

Great layout with excellent amenities. Has a large shelter with picnic tables and BBQs. Another smaller shelter for a small group with its own table. A couple of other tables in thoughtful positions. Drinking fountain, which is great for hot days. Toilets including a disability friendly one. Awesome playground area which includes a huge rope...
