Great space, a museum of sorts with so much memorabilia and historical information on the towns history. Run by volunteers and promoting Noojee, one of Victorias best kept secrets. A lovely place to admire and learn about worlds gone by, and a logging town that’s still run traditionally by the same 6th generation family, with long term respect for reforesting. Adding fuel to the steam train engine was a fun kid activity and the best local coffee, milkshakes and snacks available in a nice setting. Read moreIf you're in Noojee this is a great little spot to drop in at. Especially if you have kids who can run around the grass and play next to the old steam engine. Unfortunately there is no climbing on the old locomotive but it's still fantastic to walk around and check out the old beast. The small museum in the station building house's some great pieces of history about Noojee and is worth going and having a read and checking out the fantastic models of the old trestle bridges nearby. Having the fire going in the locomotive was a great touch and one that I have never seen before as it made it look like it was a working train from a distance with the smoke coming from the chimney.
