Great all abilities accessible ramp, building is clean and well kept with information boards outside about Phillip Island, and busts of Aussie grand prix winners.
It really does depend on what staffer you get on the day about how helpful they will be. The staffer we got was adequate but getting information from him was akin to getting blood out of a stone (maybe he was simply having a bad day). He had the wrong date on our penguin parade night, fortunately, the penguin parade staffer (supervisor) sorted that out on the night so we could still get in. When I returned and asked for the receipt to be redone with the correct dates, (for regional travel voucher claim), another staffer was very willing to get this done for us.

Read moreI had a great outing with my family at the Phillip Island a week ago. Thanks to the fantastic staff at the Visitor Information Centre. They provide a lot of useful information which helped plan my day at the island and it turned out to be a great experience, especially for my family with young children and elderly people. A shout out to Glenn and his wonderful team for making it a lovely experience for people visiting the place.
