Really not impressed at the fact that I was charging my iPhone with one of the power outlets while drinking my chai and there was an electrical shock from the power point resulting in a bang and slight electrocution. The barista came over and then called her boss over with hardly any words exchanged other than “it could be from the rain” and “ I’ll call the electrician, but his on holidays.”
The cafe didn’t persist to see if one of their patrons was okay after such an incident, they didn’t come back to check in, they didn’t make any recommendations and they didn’t ask about my devices such as my new iPhone 14 and the damage now done.
