Good place to stay, it's not suuuper close to the beach or shops when walking (except the bp which has food and drinks) but it's a short drive or bike ride to anywhere in town.

The only dramas we had was that the hot water in my cabin was a little bit dicky and would switch to cold at inopportune moments while showering, and at 10pm one night the aircon headunit above my bed started dripping water on my pillow so had to switch it to fan only mode but these were relatively minor issues.

Staff were nice and friendly, pancake brekky on Weds morning was a hit and there's a playground with jumping pillow that was pretty cool, and a giant chessboard. The pool was good and pretty clean and has a small waterslide, and a separate toddler pool.

1br standard cabin was well priced for a summer peak budget accomodation option and with the bunks in the main room it's good for the family despite...

We stayed as a retired couple in our own caravan and would happily stay again. It has a relatively small number of powered caravan sites but they are beautifully maintained with lovely tree plantings providing both shade and shelter from the winds which can be strong. The amenities block and camp kitchen were well set out and immaculately clean. It is a 2 km walk into town and this can be enhanced by a slightly longer walk along the lovely rail trail. A lovely loop in fact, The park is on the highway so I did hear the odd bit of truck noise at night but the area is flat and it was not a problem. Quieter than the roar of the ocean. I didn't notice any "ensuite" van sites. The pool is indoors near reception, spotlessly clean and we saw people enjoying it on a cold day. Reception and all staff very friendly and helpful....

My family and I stayed here over the kings birthday long weekend in one of the wonderful safari tents. The service we got was too notch and the safari tent was next level. Great for the kids and big kids at heart. The tent had everything you need, comfortable beds for everyone, a kitchen with all you need, a fully functioning bathroom, tv, heating - the works! Outside on the great deck was a Webber for all your cooking needs and a fantastic bath overlooking the beautiful camp grounds and neighboring cows! The park facilities were just as great. Kids playground, jumping pillow, basketball/tennis court and indoor heated swimming pool. We had the best time and can’t wait to visit again in the warm month. A winter getaway to add...

Absolutely beautiful well kept caravan park. We stayed in the one bedroom deluxe cabin, which was spacious and very clean. The rest of the park is very well laid out and all powered sites are bordered by hedges and garden for privacy. There is also a large well maintained lawn area for unpowered sites. Also, Holly at reception would have to be the most pleasant and friendly staff member I have met at any caravan park.

Port Fairy Holiday Park is run by Big4. We are long-standing members of Big4, and enjoy their parks all over Australia. This Park is every bit up to the expected Big4 standards. We booked a Cabin, it was clean and comfortable - Thank you. The Park is on the outskirts of Port Fairy, a few minutes' drive to the town. There was no vehicle or truck noise from the main road. Yes, well recommended!
