Located in the Royal National Park, New South Wales, Australia š¦šŗ This is a truly amazing place. There is beautiful scenery everywhere you look with fantastic walking tracks that lead you to stunning lookouts (Providential Point) . Today we were lucky to see some whales š breaching. I even saw an echidna on the walking path. The is plenty of tables and chairs for people to enjoy a picnic along with great BBQ facilities. Thereās also plenty of green grass to sit on if you prefer. The waterfalls are really beautiful and I would definitely recommend taking the walk down to the beach. šļø. The path down there is pretty easy but thereās steps so itās not wheelchair accessible. This also goes for the walk to the lookout. It is quite uneven in some spots so is difficult for people with mobility issues. The river is really lovely and you can walk out onto the rocks underneath one of the falls. Makes for great photo opportunities. I definitely took advantage of that. The only issue I was made aware of the toilet š» facilities are up some stairs so if youāre in a wheelchair you have to take a longer walk through the car park š æļø which is quite large. This wasnāt designed well. But the toilet facilities themselves are good and thereās plenty of parking. The lookout over the beach offers an amazing view which allows you to look at the waterfalls from above and then you can see them from ground level when you walk down to the beach. I wouldnāt hesitate to recommend a visit here. Itās so beautiful peaceful. Saying that, we came on a weekday in September. I was told it gets very crowded on the weekends, especially during the summer months. A BIG...

First, you get charged $12 for parking but we had to wait 20 minutes until we found a parking spot?? Guards were in the park and we asked them. They said just wait for someone to leave.
Second, it is very hard to get to the beach. It's around 10 minute (fast) walking and some parts are very steep. Once, you finish the stairway to get to the beach you need to LITERALLY jump from the rocks on the sad because there is no other way of getting to the sand and people especially elderyly were struglling. Some decided to stay on the rocks near the stairway as it's too difficulty to get to the falls and the beach.
Third, the toilets are up near the park and not near the beach/falls hence people who are down near the beach have to walk all the way up (or swim - some parts are deep ) to get to toilets.
Fourth, toilets have no showers and there are NO showers anywhere else. There is ONLY one small tap to wash the feet and there was a big line for it. EXTREMELY dissapointing. No soap no nothing.
Even a public toilet or a public beach would have soap let alone the public...
