This beach needs to be more easily marked as a dog beach. it is only small at 200m yet today I had to face the wrath of a 25 plus family gathering as they had put up multiple cabanas right in the middle of the area eating a picnic with small children around and telling me to stop my puppy terrorising them by walking through their area and dogs arenât allowed.    Read moreThe beach at Keast Park is the only year round dog off leash beach in the Frankston council area. There is a 200 metre section of sand for dogs to run and play. There is a basic playground at the park and a walkway through to the beach from the carpark which has paid parking.
The reserve is home to the Keast Park Pavilion which houses the Carrum Bowls Club, toilet facilities and Crackerjack Cafe which offers bay and city views.
