Worst experience ever! I called to order a couple of things and the lady didn’t speak much English. I have repeated myself at least 10 times and she still couldn’t understand me. A male then called me asking if I’m coming to pick up my order. I explained that I didn’t make the order and stopped the call. He then called me another 4-5 times and from different phones repeatedly and emailed my number accusing me of being irresponsible. When I realised of the mix up, I offered to pay 50% of the fees, but the response was “I don’t need your money and food is thrown away”. This is by far the rudest customer experience I have encountered in years. People answering the phones need to be able to speak fluent English and harassing potential customers in a such a way is simply inappropriate. Stay away...

So I'm visiting my local IGA in Seaford and my puppy, Mars, named after the confectionery or the Roman God of War, is having a severe anxiety attack of separation and yelping as I am inside.I am sure he is calling out to the locals to help him and get him away from me. Anyhow a gentleman named Graham walks out of the Seaford Coffee Train and gives him a few pieces of freshly cooked fillet steak. A true random act of kindness. And the God of War is filled with warmth of food and love. And Graham nods his head as to say ' this is how I roll.' As per almost all of my random rants there is usually some form of relevance. And as such it is this. In these challenging times the simplest act of thoughtfulness and kindness can and will alter another's day....

Unplanned lunch, perfect outcome! The girls were so warm, helpful and fun. The food was fabulous. We wanted to share the Smashed Avo and Salmon breakfast (for lunch) and for the first time ever, we were asked if we would like it prepared onto two separate plates! The young woman who prepared our meal made a sensational effort. The presentation, the care taken and the taste = perfection. Very simple, very healthy and very delicious. Instead of a second meal, we opted for 2 deserts, the banana split and raspberry chocolate brownie. OMG. Going back and next time will take the little one as they are sure to be satisfied too. Thanks girls, a perfect unplanned lunch stop that will sure to be a favourite planned event...
