Big playground with 3 slides as well as the cutest small-children playground that has a maritime theme with 'hide n seek' items to find. Water play, swings and flying fox. The older siblings can enjoy a 'ninja warrior' course which challenges their athleticism. I did find that the water-play area was buzzing with bees and there are signboards up to say that it's a 'bee-friendly' playground which I love but it does mean that the bees kind of dominate that area and the kids avoid it. The playground is only suitable for ages 0 to 8 but older children sometimes hang around on the equipment which makes it inconvenient for the younger children to use the equipment for the purpose intended. The playground is small compared to some of the more modern ones around but it is adequate and still provides plenty of enjoyment for the kids. There is a jetty that goes out about 40 to 50 metres into the river. Great for a small boat to pull up to or for a swim. Afternoon sea breeze can really cool things off even on hot days.
