Would be nice if they updated the location details to closed rather than open 24 hours. Like it’s been closed since October last year I was looking and reopened briefly in December then closed since January. It’s absolutely pathetic about how long it has taken. They didn’t even bother updating the open and closing status, so people will punch it into their maps, drive to it and find out it’s closed, then get really mad because it says it’s been closed since October like what have you been doing all this time on it??? I’d rather blow my own head off than think about it, nor wait around. I’ve gone and updated its status to temporarily closed but honestly. Pathetic....

It's taking longer than they were told, and they are very annoyed. 5 stars for the town of Streaky Bay. It is the most beautiful of the towns on the peninsula and is well worth a stay with great beaches for swimming near the caravan park and others further away great for surf fishing. also, the shell servo at one end of the main street has a replica of a great white shark that needs to be seen to be believed and the servo sells the best Indian food on the whole...

( Nundroo Stn) My mum's favourite beach growing up was Streaky Bay, and her favourite meal was whiting and chips. So in tribute to her I had exactly that at Streaky Bay 💞💓🎉

The jetty area is a lovely place to to stop and enjoy the great view of the bay while having lunch or a swim.
