FISHBOWL - Sunshine Plaza — Attraction in Sunshine Coast Regional

My wife and I visited Fishbowl Maroochydore for the first time ever on Minday 11 September at 4.30pm.

The store was managed by Gypsie-Rose and Hannah was on duty in the kitchen.

Gyspie-Rose greeted my wife and I warmly and took the time to explain the menu to us as we were unfamiliar with the choices available.

She recommended The Salmon O.G as their most popular dish. She explained the ingredients that were in it and the options available to customise it to our liking.

We went with her recommendation and were delighted both with the dish itself as well as the professional service. This was evident in how well the dish was presented and the obvious pride thay they took in its preparation. It really does show.

We will definitely be returning to try some more of the dishes that she might recommend.

Thanks to her and to Hannah for the care and interest in making our first visit to Fish Bowl Maroochydore one that has got us hooked.

It honestly saddens me so much to see all the negative reviews on such a new and brilliant business. Please readers, if you have a bad experience anywhere… speak to one of the staff or send an email direct instead of angrily shredding a business from behind your phone screen and sharing it with the world. Understand that bad reviews are so so upsetting to any business owner who has spent endless amounts of hours bringing you what they are passionate about and truely only come from people who have never run a hospitality business.

I have been in now multiple times and honestly can’t fault the place. How amazing… fast, healthy food at much better prices than any junk food chain. I highly recommend the Spring chicken bowl on half rice/ half cabbage base with added fresh avo and if you like a chilli hit get the free Japanese chilli flakes sprinkled on top. The staff are always so lovely and it’s vibey as. See you within the next few days 😉 And thank you for bringing a healthy/affordable lunch option...

This is a piece of plastic I pulled out of my mouth today whilst eating from the sunshine plaza location. Originally I thought it was a fish bone but I bent and stretched it and without a doubt this is a piece of plastic. This is the second time I've eaten here after learning your gluten free friendly and the first time I enjoyed it and couldn't wait to have this for lunch today. This thing was in my mouth and I was chewing it I cannot express how angry I am

Edit : gave this place another go. Ordered online said it would be ready 12.04 got there 12.10 was told it was coming up I stood there a while for the staff member then came up and said they didn't have the miso salmon for my order would have been fine if I hadn't walked all the way over there and wasted my lunch break waiting for the order I was told almost ready that didn't actually exist left with no time to figure out what else to have for lunch as I'm a cealiac .
