I have lived in the area for decades years. I enjoyed coming to this great venue. I found the staff behind counter friendly and jovial. I attended this venue regularly on Fridays. Due to my leg, hip and spinal injury I have always worn my own shoes. This is a very sensitive issue for me as I cannot play most sports. I have enjoyed bowling over the last few years as I can wear my shoes and it's generally not an issue for my spinal injury. Recently, I started being hounded by the security guard to wear the venue shoes. I have always worn my own shoes which support my leg, hip and spine injury. My interaction with the security usually involves him demanding I wear my shoes. Usual reasons for this are, I told you so, everyone else is wearing them and you have to. A threat to bring the manager would usually follow. I would request to speak to the manager at this point. This would result in the security guard walking away and leaving us alone for the remainder of our session. After weeks of this same treatment and similar responses, the security guard at the last instance brought a member of the maintenance crew to speak to me with a similar demand. I requested to speak to the manager. The man went away for a little while and returned, to which he explained to me that "the manager went on their break 30 minutes ago", at this point 45 minutes had elapsed since my original request to speak to the manager. I enquired if he was the 2ic. He explained he was. He then advised me that, I had to wear the shoes. I was told that unless I had a medical reason, I am required to wear the shoes. I explained to the unknown man my medical condition. He and the security guard then left us alone for the remainder of our session. Upon ending our session, I observed the unknown man opening up and maintaining the arcade machine. I have yet to actually speak to the manager. After these interactions, I am no longer interested in attending...

Sorry about this bad review, I actually don't mind the facility the bowling the pool and the games,Other then the security purposely coming up to harass me asking me in a concerned voice if I'm alright over and over again even after I tried telling him I'm fine and he continues trying to aggravate me after I spent over $100 sitting there by myself at the arcade just to end it off with a security guard that was bored and a total noob distracting the working girls behind the counter As every time I had to wait for them to finish their conversations over getting served i don't drink so there wasn't a reason for him to harass me I think instead of security being right next to the counter all night maybe at the door or near the bowling where people are more likely to need his service as you are in an arcade I honestly think the security guard service was completely uncalled for an unjustly and I don't think he should have a job anymore if he's aggravating and trying to pick a fight with a alone young adolescent man going to the arcade.

Message to the security guard I hope you lose your job ,you need to get a life and hopefully now a new job ,grow up BC your getting payed 18.50 a hr at a arcade bro you should not have an ego like that

other than that great facility wouldn't say the service is great but I know the food and the drinks are great bowling alleys great pool tables level...

Walked in to find all the staff having conversation at a table amongst each other even though there are other customers in the place. Booked a game and as we got to the alley the pins were not set up so we had to go over to the staff still talking amongst each other to ask them to do it. We had to wait for them to boot up the system which should be done before the place is even open. Played half a game but bowling alley malfunctioned and would not give us our pins. Again had to go over to the staff still at the table talking amongst each other and ask them. They would not even bother checking up on us. The way it was handled was unprofessional. We waited for fifteen minutes to be assigned to a new bowling alley and were made to continue our game. This is the equivalent of going to a restaurant and as your halfway through your meal the waiter takes it, makes you wait until its cold and expects you to eat the rest. Extremely dissapointing experience overall considering I have been here twice before and it was amazing. Obviously not...

Located in The Grove Homemaker Centre, 18 Cumberland Highway, Liverpool , New South Wales, Australia 🇩đŸ‡ș. Very family friendly and very wheelchair friendly. The music is loud, which doesn’t really allow for good conversation but I think it’s meant to add to the atmosphere. You can order food and drink from the counter. It has a good menu including burgers, hot dogs, pizzas etc. It’s also licensed so you can have alcohol if you want which allows for adults to have a little fun too. The staff were mediocre, not particularly friendly, our group took up two lanes and both had problems with the screens so we had to change lanes which was a nuisance, the lady didn’t seem to care and they were really slow in rectifying the problem. This kind of tarnished my experience a little.

The fist and last visit. I played laser tag with a group of friends on Saturday 13 November 21. My gun didn’t work and when I came out of the room there where no staff there to help me figuring out what to do. The lady who I think was the manager was really rude and was insisting that my gun is ok and it just doesn’t light and sound which was really wired. Then she told me that I can go back to the room when I lost half of the game time. When I objected she accepted to give me a refund but then she said she can only refund me 90 cent (while I had paid 29 dollars) as I had bought the games as a package and already played one game. Never go back again.

We had a fabulous time celebrating our daughter’s 7th birthday over the weekend. We had the sweetest host - Matilda who made sure to handle everything from start to finish so we parents could relax. She made sure everything ran on time and kept checking in to make sure we were happy and if we needed anything which was great. She was super friendly and great to deal with. The whole party booking experience was excellent - so easy to book everything online including preordering parent platters etc. highly recommend.
