I came to the store around 15 minutes ago. I had an online order to pick up. It was raining heavily, so I went straight in to ask for my order. The guy in the counter asked for my name, and when I mentioned it, he directly asked me to wait on the side for uber pick up. Even when my order mentioned that it was online order? He was being racist since he assumed that I was an uber driver based on how I looked. I said I am not an uber driver, instead of being sorry, he gave me that dramatic eyes look. It’s been twice, that I am disappointed from the same place. Few weeks ago, when I asked them about signing in to mobile app for the rewards, they were not willing to assist me.
Must say, that guy in the service counter is unfit for customer service. How can someone be so racist, and judge someone’s profession for how they look?

The Indian woman wearing the drive-thru headset was berating the boy in the kitchen because he was making errors and said "who else can I get to do for you, your mother" loud enough all the customers could hear. Chewing out an employee Infront of customers is a classic toxic type of bullying that should not be happening in the workplace. In the end she forgot to pack me two Pepsi's and I had to go back into the restaurant to retrieve it and she didn't apologise for her own mistake, just said "oh" and turned away after another employee assisted me. So she is obviously not perfect either, who is going to embarrass her Infront of everyone? Then there's the food. The driest Oporto burger I've ever tasted and their skewers are basically a rip off. Read moreNice interior and surprisingly great customer service I have recieved during my visit in a long time. I have ordered a Bondi meal and a half chicken with lemon herb basting.
Quality of food of course can't expect it to be 100 percent fresh from the grill/oven but in saying that it's still is enjoyable to eat. The chicken is not too dry and looks like it haven't been left in their food storage for long which Is common in other oportos to serve chicken that's been cooked well over hours beforehand.
My only minor complaint is that I wanted the lemon herb basting sperately but they cannot do that and charged me for the basting. They were going to put it on normally anyways without additional cost so I do not know why it cannot be done.
