We’re not sure ourselves, but it sure makes a great story. This is a great place to grab a morning or afternoon tea or a take home pack for later. The donuts were fresh and delicious. The milkshakes awesome. Clean toilets and were very Covid safe. Parking was easy right out the front. You get yo see the whole manufacturing process of the donuts so that good to see especially for kids. A doughnut place if you wish to dine-in with the view of seeing how your doughnut is actually made. It offers take away and drive-through. It’s the best place to buy doughnuts and coffee. Can be a little crowded during the weekend. Doughnuts are in a variety of flavors. A variety of chocolate, strawberry and other glazed ones. There’s ample enough space to dine-in. It’s eye catching to watch the process of getting these doughnuts made from frying to glazing to finishing up. You could also request for hot doughnuts if you wish to have fresh ones. A must stop place in Liverpool if you ever make a visit to Sydney. They have a fairly unlimited range of donuts when compared to smaller stand-alone type stores, they still have quite a few options and they get rotated on a regular basis. I don't have donuts often so I asked the staff for their recommendations and they were happy to oblige. Super friendly service. Very bad customer service. If I have a choice I will rate 0 star for this store.

This was the first time that I have a very bad experienced with the customer service from this store. As I came to pick up 4 original glaze around 7pm last night. They handed out the old cold ones. I asked the team member politely that if they can change the warm ones just made for my 7 years old son Birthday today and he loves the warm doughnut. The team member went away from the counter for a minute, came back and said that 'because of online order, they can't offer me the warm one. I was so shock by the response so I requested yo speak to the manager, a few minutes later, store manager was no where to be seen but aother team member came and said their manager not agreed for the change. I asked if I could get 2 warm dozens just for my birthday son. He then explained to me that it's store policy and nothing that he can do to help. I felt that it was a ripped off so I argued and asked for policy, the team member went away the counter for approximately 10 minutes and came back with an online order term and condition, state out that it's a prepack order, I told him that I have no awareness of that term and condition do if they could do me a favour and offer me the hot ones this time for my birthday son. They still refused. I took home with 4 dozen of old, hard and cold doughnuts, my birthday son and his friends happy times were ruin by this incident.

Overall, I was so disappointed with the way the store manager dealing with the situation, unprofessional,no flexibility and no sympathy. Customers service course is highly recommended for...
