As soon as you step onto the grounds at Lavendar House Tasmania, you are welcomed and made feel at home - firstly by the gorgeous farm Doggo Ollie (see pics), then by Tony, the owner and then if you were lucky like me by Pippa, a neighbour and one of the most delightful ladies I have ever met, who had dropped in to have a chat to Tony. The products at the store are world class. I purchased a Lavendar essential oil and I have never smelt nor felt a more pure oil on my skin. I also purchased the Redness Relief Serum and the Study Balm which I both recommend. I have been using the serum for 2 weeks now and I am already seeing and feeling the difference on my skin, and the study balm is fantastic you only need a little bit on the temples to calm and get ready for work. I am not sure if it was because of the gorgeous scent of quality lavender that instantly made everyone in the store relaxed, but I seriously could have stayed and talked to both Tony and the gorgeous Pippa forever! Will definitely be purchasing more serum and oil from the store.

Had the pleasure of meeting Tony & Denise along with Ollie (the world's friendliest dog) purely by a stoke of luck when we were visiting a neighbouring winery. We were told by the Visitors Information Centre in Exeter that it was the 'off season' for lavender, which was technically correct but weren't aware until we rocked up to find that the retail outlet was open! If you're a tourist with a burning desire to know how essential oils are extracted from the multitude of different species of Lavender, Tony's the man you need to see. It's a facinating session as Tony (who is a chemist by trade) very kindly showed us how high grade Lavender oil could be converted into a huge range of products which Lavender House exports globally. I would visit just for the quality of the educational component alone! We purchased a range of products but I found this essential oil (photos attached) excellent in helping me overcome insomnia! Well worth the trip!

Map- don’t go to Lavender House. Google has this wrong. The location for this is correct. Signage has been removed by council during road upgrades but slowly coming back. Denise was lovely, and Ollie the dog greeted us well. The farm is ramping up again after Covid, with many varied assortments of Lavender growing. The oil extraction operation was interesting to learn of, with a large amount of Lavender products on offer to try and buy. Overall, lovely time here learning about Lavender and the benefits, as well as sampling and purchasing some great products 👍🤓

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I discovered the Lavender House brand @ the Salamanca Market in Hobart - April - 2019. I suffer from chronic sinusitis. I also suffer from dreadful aches/pains due to a hit & run car accident. I'm extremely sensitive to smell. Although I LOVE lavender, I'm very fussy when I purchase lavender products bc of my sensitivities. I absolutely adore the products that I purchased. Lavender House is 1 of the main reasons why I'm flying back over to Hobart from Melbourne in April for my Bday again. 🙂 My favourite atm is the sinus soother balm. Anyone reading this who suffers from sinus issue's will understand what I'm referring to. I'm sick of the GP prescribing me antibiotics/short term steroids. This balm is absolutely fantastic. I massage the balm into my temples, under my nose & wrists. I've observed a massive difference when I wake up in the morning. All of the sinus infection rubbish (Eeek!) easily clears by the morning. I'm able to freely & gently blow my nose to get rid of the infection without feeling like my head is going to explode. I've recently placed my 2nd online order as I've run out of my original purchases. I can't wait to receive my most recent order & go back to Tassie so I can stock up on these amazing natural products/remedies. When I received my 1st online order, I could literally smell the divine lavender scent when I opened the packaging. I hate suffering chronically but I LOVE giving myself a gentle massage on the pressure points at the end of my day. It is so relaxing & I sleep so soundly. I highly recommend these products without hesitation. I've also had a really good chat w Tony over the phone when I got back to Melbourne. Tony was extremely compassionate, empathetic, very understanding & generous w his time as I didn't have the opportunity to speak w him in detail when I visited the Salamanca Market. You guys are awesome & I'm truly grateful for your time, help & support. I look forward to catching up w you in April. Kind...
