In another life time I learnt to swim here as a child. I lived my teenage years in St Helens with great abandon. Memories fill me to the brim. Holds a dear place in my heart. Now looking through the present I see the clarity where the past meets the future with a welcome embrace.

Very low key spot! Highly recommend going there to catch some fish, or even a picnic in the park. On a hot day the park is great cause it has a walk in water front so you can dip...
