I first had Riley service my AC years ago when Westoz Trades was newly established. His attention to detail and customer focus made a lasting impression, and I quickly realised Westoz Trades was a company I could trust completely.

Recently, I contacted them again for an AC service, and once more, Riley delivered—this time with his highly capable associate, Aaron. Riley has now also just installed a new split system for me, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of workmanship from him and Ryan.

I also had the opportunity to meet with Chris, the Estimator, who was incredibly helpful in optimising a ducted AC proposal for the rest of my home. His guidance made the decision process smooth and stress-free.

I didn’t seek other quotes because I trust Westoz Trades to be reliably market-competitive. While I therefore don’t know if they are always the absolute cheapest, their pricing reflects a commitment to quality. The old adage holds true—you get what you pay for, and with Westoz Trades, that means excellent workmanship and service.

Just had a new Mitsubishi Heavy Industries 12.5kw reverse cycle air conditioner installed, replacing an old unit. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by WestOz Trades. From initial contact with Chris in the office to the tradesmen who fronted up on the day, the job was carried out efficiently and professionally.

Originally I had 3 Companies quote for the job, and not only were WestOz the most competitive, but they were the only one to do a thorough analysis of my requirements. Initially I was a bit suspicious of all their 5 star customer reviews on the internet - surely somebody had had a bad experience with them! Happened to notice a friend followed WestOz’s Facebook page so contacted him. He confirmed he had direct experience of their work through his employment and that all his dealings with them had been great. This gave me the confidence to accept their quote. From that point on I was kept up to date with timings, and their office staff couldn’t be more helpful.

The job was carried out in less than 4 hours, with the minimum of disruption, and with everything left neat and tidy by all the courteous, cheerful tradesmen. Later there was a problem with my old zone controls which Chris immediately came out to rectify. I couldn’t be happier with their service from “go to whoa”.

After two sloppy and failed attempts over three months to get our reverse cycle aircon accurately diagnosed and fixed by other companies, I did a deep research dive into other Perth based ‘fridgies’. Spoke to 3 but West Oz Trades came well out on top from the start of that process. After my recent experiences, was still a bit nervous when their guy arrived. Then that subsided when Connor showed up, on time. He systematically worked through our system both indoors and out. He was methodical and patient. Could tell he knew what he was talking about and was good at it. Turns out the diagnosis I got from another very well know aircon company was inaccurate - glad I didn’t go ahead and spend the circa $4k+ quoted for the repair they I didn’t need. In fact, after a hard reset, the system was working better. Not a long term fix so will be arranging West Oz Trades to come and do the required work to future proof our air con. Highly recommend these guys. From first moment on the phone through to call out they were awesome. Totally confident that the work we need doing will be done right. 100% recommend!!
