Good response with vaccine easy to set up appointments & follow up was straight forward. (had 1 & 2 injections covic19) Dr & staff good, would consider moving here if I need to change my Dr

No complaints at all , great helpful receptionists , same for the nurses but think All the drs are the best !

Correct diagnosis after an incorrect one elsewhere. Thankfully on the mend now.

For what it’s worth I genuinely don’t leave bad reviews. Ever. We all dread the ā€˜Karen’ label.

Backstory: had an overseas trip came back very unwell for nearly a week in total during the first few days saw my doctor who had me take some samples and instructed I drop it off to my local pathologist.

I went to Drovers in Wanneroo. It appeared the clinipath was in the same location as the medical centre. I made a point to speak with reception to find out where to leave my samples. She pointed at a basket behind her and instructed I place them in there which I did, whilst confirming it was the right basket.

I went to call clinipath directly the following week as my doctor still didn’t have my test results. Which is fine but wanted to know how they were tracking along. They stated they had no record of having my samples. I was referred to contact the medical clinic I dropped them off through directly.

I made 6 phone calls, sometimes waiting for as long as 10 minutes to that medical clinic. And I did this spaced out over hours. It was getting pretty frustrating.

I finally had a receptionist answer who was abrupt and rude after explaining the above her solution was to transfer me back to clinipath and before I could even get a single word in to explain how much of a handball and lack of help that was she already hit the transfer button.

I don’t know if someone else from the medical reception decided to intercept the call but they stated they have absolutely nothing to do with the samples that clinipath simply rents a room there.

Look as far as the medical reception is concerned my dealings with them end there. I appreciate if they don’t have any involvement with the samples apart from directing people where to drop them. However, those wait times to even get through on a phone call were outright ridiculous and to have waited that long only to be ā€˜greeted’ by someone who can’t seemed all that bothered to help really can just be the cherry on top to an already frustrating situation. I’ve done a receptionist role, a busy one at that, and I get we all have bad days but ultimately it is your job to be the face and assistance to those you encounter and whilst this may be able to be written off as a one off poor encounter it needs to at least serve as a reminder to do be more mindful when it comes to customer service.

As for clinipath, I think it’s a bit poor I was directed back to the medical clinic in the first place they would know the clinic has no dealings with the samples so essentially it was a waste of my time to be instructed to follow up with them.

I fortunately was put on to the duty manager who obtained more details and looked into it further and provided me with an answer. To him I thank him for his professionalism and efficiency in getting it sorted.

That being said, the process in which these samples are dealt with seemed concerning. It’s my understanding that couriers just come and collect them, doesn’t seem there’s any sort of handover or tracking as to where these samples end up, that is readily available information for the clinipath staff. The duty manager suggested my samples got sent off to Western Diagnostics and the impression I got was that was maybe odd but it seemed to get blamed on the couriers. Again if it’s a one off so be it but I would say that the drop off, collection, transfer, and receipt of samples needs to be better monitored so that customers like me don’t spend over half a day trying to even know the whereabouts of their samples.

All in all, sorry to say but would not look to use any of these guys again and would not recommend anyone else does if there’s another clinipath/medical centre to...

I can’t describe how much this centre disappointed me at every step of the way. I’m a usually very understanding person who doesn’t expect a huge amount but this was really bad. I couldn’t get in to my regular doctor with an urgent issue so booked here (not surprised they had lots of free spaces now). I got there 20 mins early and so stepped outside to make a phone call, letting the receptionist know where I was so she could grab me if the doctor happened to call, she could literally see me through the glass door. I headed back to the waiting room 5 mins before my appointment time. I sat here for 20 mins. When I enquired at the desk how much longer it might be I was told I was next, and the doctor was just running late (again I can usually handle waiting, I get it, people are busy, but I was very sick). Doctor finally comes and and says he had been calling me for ages (when I was outside) so just ended up taking all the other people. Doctor was nice enough, helpful. I needed to get bloods done urgently to check something and go to the hospital based on results, said have the test done here rather than just going to the hospital straight away. Waited another 20mins for bloods. Phlebotomist said that I should get a letter from the doctor outlining the issue to take to the hospital and that the blood results could be expected in a few hours. Asked receptionist for the letter and was told I would have to wait. Another 15 mins. At other centres this has just been a given that they give me this rather than a special request. Called later in the day a few times to see if results were back. Nope, won’t be in until tomorrow. Not happy. Call back tomorrow. Called this morning. Not open as it’s a public holiday. I’m really hoping they are open tomorrow but I’m unclear which days they count as public holidays over the Easter period. I understand running late, results taking time, doctors being busy. However at every step of the way I was told the wrong thing that has made this last few days quite unpleasant. No one ever even offered an apology or seemed to understand. I wish I had just gone to he hospital right away. Luckily I’m feeling a bit better and will still use my common sense to go to the emergency room straight away if things deteriorate but I Won’t be...

This Doctors is of poor standards. Initially the doctors where quite good however at 6 months old my son was vaccinated incorrectly due to an error on the nurses part. We put in a complaint and was told more training would be needed to ensure this error does not happen again.

We have now been instructed by this medical practitioner that the doctor will no longer see my son due to the fact we questioned why our appointment time on two occasions had been changed and why we was seeing a doctor we had not booked with.

This doctors is like a farm one in one out to many doctors (waiting time upto 1 hr) not enough care basically if there is to many appointments with a particular high standard doctor they will move you to a doctor with plenty of appointments due to no one choosing to see them as they are of poor standards, who seem to just google your conditions. My advice choose another doctors.

My partner sent an e-mail two weeks ago requesting a response as to why NO doctor would see our son. Only for them to get in touch today 12.02.2019 and tell us that this is a private practice and do not need to give this info out!!!

He asked could the Dr confirm this only for the receptionist (owner) to state they would get back to us. The receptionist returned the call and due to receiving this negative feedback online about the practice that she had only just been informed about, she stated she will not be discussing the...
