Really good. Shaded grass areas perfect for setting up your camping chairs. Small beach sandy areas leading into lovely shallow water. Paddle boarding is really fun in this area too, we rented from SoulKite. Get here early though to find a good spot, very popular, gets busy very quickly. The Jetty itself is a great spot for casual leisure fishing. Recommend a short rod, heavy boat traffic, people jumping off the jetty and even paddle boats, may affect how far you can cast. I also recommend reef shoes / aqua socks as the beach is littered with shells and in the water the vegetation can be uncomfortable to walk on.

There was a little storm coming in so I took the kayak down, get some pics. Beautiful wasn’t nasty, but where your life preservers people…. great place to get a coffee and take the kiddos, playground, sit on the beach, bench, play on the sand have a swim watch🧐out for Noah’s arch’s,(sharks) at least check Smart Shark app before you send the kids in🤣🤣😍 prevention is the best cure love that saying 😁

This place has beautiful views, lovely sea breeze and a lot of picnic areas. Plenty of parking available. People come here for boating and fishing. My favourite part of this place is that there is a narrow path in the river which is hardly visible. From a distance it looks like you are walking on the river. In dry seasons this path goes all the way to a very tiny island. Amazing experience.

I LOVE JETTY!

I have never been to this particular jetty but if I had, I bet it would be really nice there. For those who don't know what a jetty is and why it's an architectural marvel, here is a brief little overview I came up with to spread awareness:

"A jetty is a structure that projects from land out into water. A jetty may serve as a breakwater, as a walkway, or both; or, in pairs, as a means of constricting a channel. The term derives from the French word jetée, "thrown", signifying something thrown out."

Point Walter Jetty obviously fits this definition so to be able to go there would really make me happy. Along with that, it is situated at Point Walter, another location I have never been to, however the clear reference to Walter White is enough to catch the attention of any Breaking Bad fan, like myself.

5 stars for now, but once I get an opportunity to visit, I will be sure to update!

A beautiful place to spend the day either by yourself just to meditate or with the family. Bring your own food, picnic or BBQs are available as well as a little Cafe with pretty good coffee. The beach is clean, and water shallow for little kids and a jetty you can fish off of or just enjoy the views of yacht and pleasure boats enjoying the lovely Swan River. You might be lucky enough to spot a pod of dolphins. Plenty of parking available. There's also an 18 hole golf course as well as the most beautifully landscaped and challenging mini golf. Very reasonably priced. Its a really great day out for the...
