Evans & Tate — Attraction in Wilyabrup

My brother and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Evans and Tate Winery in Margaret River, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the welcoming atmosphere of the winery, we knew we were in for a treat.

What impressed us most was the outstanding service we received, even during what seemed like a busy time for the staff. Our server, despite having a group of 10 people scheduled, managed to make us feel like valued customers. He skilfully juggled multiple tasks without compromising the quality of service. His knowledge of the wines and passion for sharing the experience added an extra layer of enjoyment to our visit.

Absolutely Amazing Experience! Cat at Evans & Tate Winery Cellar Door was incredible! Her customer service was outstanding — full of honesty, great humour, and genuine passion. We shared plenty of laughs while enjoying some fantastic wines. She had excellent knowledge of the entire range, giving us insight into the quality and background of each wine, and even tailored the tasting to suit the varieties we love to drink at home. We attended yesterday for a tasting and it was our first stop. The man who was serving us was very uninterested, seemed to lack knowledge of the wines and personality. He didn't tell us anything about the wines we were tasting or engage in any conversation. We weren't told about the tasting fee, which we were more than happy to pay, but weren't even advised if it was waived if we bought a bottle of wine.
