Fossil Bluff — Attraction in Wynyard

I loved this place. Such a beautiful view of the tacle cap and the cliff is wonderful. When you go on the top of the hill (to see the lookout), you can have a better view if you go on your left hand side at the top. Follow the footprint/path that take you closer to the edge and through the plants. You have a amazing view from that point. We went there at sunset and that was fantastic. I could waste hours here. The stones are very interesting to look at and honestly I could’ve taken home a bucketful. Might not be such a good swimming beach, but still a great place to bring a picnic and spend an afternoon.
