French Sticks Bakery — Restaurant in Tasmania

Shocking experience like no other, I’m actually traumatised by it. Horrific.. I complained about their tiny squirt of tomato sauce that barely covered 10% of my pie I’d purchased, being explained it’s 50 cents a squirt ( you’d literally need to spend $5 to get your pie evenly distributed across the whole pie, not just 10% in one small area) So I’ve gone back in with 50 cents to purchase more sauce, explaining how annoyed I was at the tiny amount stating things like this should be named and shamed. The woman then proceeded to get the 50 cent sauce I’d wanted to buy, and then just pelted it straight at me, hitting me firmly right in the middle of my chest area, talk about gobsmacked. Wow, like no other. I have stood there shocked, saying that I can’t believe this woman did that, just assaulted me like that. She then tried saying I threw my coins at her, I most certainly did no such thing, the woman lied through her teeth about that. Reported to police. Been in here only 3 times & i don't like the fact that nothing is clearly priced & hate having to ask, pies are over priced & average at best, hotdogs expensive. Didn't really find anything fairly priced in here. But I did love the nostalgia of old fuel pumps & other old things on display. It's a nice shop, but deffinately needs proper pricing that's easy to see on everything in store. & as for hot food, you need to lower prices to draw more customers. Not my type of shop. Worst customer service ever from the lady who owns it. I bought a scallop pie from there recently and paid $9 for it. It had 2 scallops in it which were like the size of a 5 cent piece and rubbery. I went in to complain and all she did was blame it on the baker and told me that I must have got the last end of line one. Never offered a replacement or refund just tried to fob me off.
