Snow-sure resort less than an hour from Salzburg. Gets very busy with school groups, many of whom are novice skiers. Pistes best early morning, very bumpy later on. Upstairs restaurant is good and service generally very efficient. Limited toilet facilities (expect queues at peak times) and gondolas could do with modern replacements. Visoted in summer: Limited options for walking with kids, they do have lunch break on the cabel car, the area looks oldish and the valley station smells from smoking.
