Skischaukel Schlossalm-Angertal-Stubnerkogel — Attraction in Bad Hofgastein

We were here at the beginning of April which was really optimal: amazing weather sunny and -1° at the top and 19° in the valley during the afternoon hardly no people in the slopes at all, apparently we were after the winter rush but before the easter rush snow in all the slopes and hardly no icy slopes

The system is large and offers many different slopes of varying degrees of difficulty. Some slopes were really "close to nature" and amazingly beautiful. All slopes were wide and long. It is also highly possible to choose slopes after weather, staying at the top to avoid slushy snow in the afternoon or at the bottom when colder weather turns the top icy and cold.

Easy to move between systems and slopes and everywhere there are great bars and restaurants for a lunch break, an afternoon...

Gastein is an interesting place if it's enough of snow. It's not very high that's because the temperature's difference between between valley and Angertal isn't big. But when it's below zero and it's enough snow it's a pure joy. From single place (Angertal) you can reach two different areas (Schlossalm and Stubnerkogel). Both are nice and have areas for freeride. I love the sport experiences and modern technical equipment and services, regarding of stuff and employees of the facilities is very bad no brain no logical makes sense, bother healthy people with nonsense muzzle put in on for duration of 3 seconds as 3 steps and you are allowed take it off.
