Very unfriendly staff, they don't bother too much to care for the entrances and exits of the chair lifts and cable cars. The snow on the chair lift exit was very uneven and icy, my 6 years old son fell down and instead of stopping the lift, the employee yelled at him to get out of the way, and as my child was not as fast as the employee wanted, he grabbed him by the arms and manhandled him pulling him over the snow. He then picked up one of his skis which was lost and threw it through the air a few meters away on the side into the snow. I was shocked by this behavior on a skiing slope, I have never seen something like that before. A few days later my son got quite sick on the slope, so after searching for a while for an employee of the cable cars, I asked him if I could pass by and get down with the one sick kid as soon as possible (only one adult and the sick child, my husband and the second child were still waiting like everybody else in the line), but they didn't allow me to go down with him, telling me very rude they would have to make an exception for everybody then, cause they all get sick when they have to go down. The child was visibly sick, could barely stand, so I asked him once more to make an exception, he told me to go somewhere else, cause there it's not possible. We had to wait more than half an hour in a horrible crowd with one sick child. Moreover when finally passing through the gate to the cable car, the gate didn't open and one was not being able to pass through anymore, my husband had to jump over it, carrying his skis and the kids skis, cause there was no surveillance personnel to open the gate. I just wonder what happens if somebody slips or gets pushed in that crowed of people between the cable cars? There was nobody there who could make an emergency stop of the gondolas.
Besides of this, the skiing slopes condition was OK, well prepared, but in some areas it is difficult to get from the exit of one lift to the entry of the next one, you have to walk. The pistes and lift connection are poor, not too many options.
Overall I found it to be a horrible service, rude employees, it was the first and the last time we ski...
