Montana Alm — Restaurant in Fügenberg

I noticed did cool location thanks to Alpicon Music Festival, and I was positively shocked!

Despite the days when staffing was down, all employees were fantastic: kind, friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, and professional.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sabrina and Bastian, but also others from the crew. All very good!

Great food, great rooms, very organized spaces.

I had the pleasure of meeting Chris, the owner, who can speak excellent English, as well as German, and can suggest many activities to do in the village, as well as other locations to visit.

The place is a stone's throw from very nice ski slopes for all difficultiesi

Next year, definitely come back!

The food is the perfect mixture of high quality dishes combined with the authentic austrian flavour! The restauranr itself is so cozy and welcoming, everything is made out of wood and there is a chimney just inviting you too sit next to it. We went many days in a row because it was so good! I can recommend the duck and the original austrian schnitzel! For dessert you have to try the “ Kaiserschmarn” a typical austrian dish. Absolutely incredible experience. We stayed in the chalets and it was one of the best ski vacations of my life. The Alm is located right next to the slopes, Ski in, Ski out, the Chalet has everything you'd hope for and more and the food in the restaurant was otherworldy. Furthermore the staff was incredibly attentive and fulfilled every wish we had. If I have the opportunity to return I would do it in a heart beat. I will never forget my time here and will come back as soon...
