Happylift Semmering — Attraction in Gemeinde Spital am Semmering

WATCH OUT! DO NOT USE. USE MAIN MOUNTAIN. THERE ARE THIEVES RUNNING THIS LIFT.

Not only is the lift and slope badly managed, as you can already tell from other posts but the people running it and the ski school (sure they are involved) are thieves. I paid 70 euros for a 5 day child pass (including the card). After the morning lesson, I was told the kids are moving to the main mountain and that I should get a refund (I was told it's OK they do it all the time). I was refunded 39.50 euro. That is therefore 30 euro for a childs morning half day pass which cost 13 euros. I complained that it wasn't acceptable and was pretty much told (in broken English) that any refund works in their favour. AND YES, IT SURELY DOES ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY.

SCAMMERS AND...

Full of rude and impatient staff, from the staff at the counter (who sells the ski passes) to the ones who "take care" of safety. The lad who sold me the passes was "too busy" sitting in his chair and didn't want to be disturbed. When I wanted to buy the passes, he sighed and whinnied, almost as if I was preventing him from resting or doing his things. If you don't know how to ski, don't go there, because if you fall on the ground, the staff will yell at you and ask "why" you are doing it. Not a a good service, the charge you but don’t expect anyone to be there to help Incase of any accidents. I saw in front of me where kids were falling from the lift and other people were helping but no one from the lift service was there. They should be present there as this is a practice or beginner lift and kids are bound to fall. Worst service by them when you ask for help

Kein guter Service, es fallen zwar Gebühren an, Sie erwarten aber nicht, dass jemand da ist, um bei Unfällen zu helfen. Ich sah vor mir, wie Kinder aus dem Aufzug fielen und andere Leute halfen, aber niemand vom Aufzugsdienst war da.
