We embarked on a delightful family hike around Gosausee lake, accompanied by our kids (youngest is 4) and were captivated by the breathtaking scenery. Despite the windy weather, the surrounding trees provided excellent shelter, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the serene beauty of the lake and its surroundings. While the path to the waterfall and smaller lake was unfortunately closed, we seized the opportunity to catch a glimpse of the waterfall, which did not disappoint with its awe-inspiring view. Along the way, we encountered natural spring water, offering a refreshing respite and a chance to replenish. Despite the weather conditions, this easy hike left an indelible impression on us, and we wholeheartedly recommend it for families seeking a memorable outdoor adventure amidst nature's splendor. If you go to the left from parking lot, you can find a via ferrata there. I saw some people swimming, but can’t say if it’s safe to do so. There a multiple parking lots at various distances from the main entry point, all seem to be paid. Parking machines are on site, don’t forget to put the ticket near...
