Enjoyed a private lesson with Paul and gained so much from it! He is an incredible instructor - I started the session very hesitant and ended confident in my ability to get down the mountain doing turns instead of "stem christie". His cues were on point and helped me tremendously. Additionally, I really loved his comms equipment - being able to hear him through the headset was super helpful. I highly recommend Paul for all levels of skiers - he really knows his stuff! To top it off, he has a great sense of humor and keeps you laughing...

Lieber Paul, ich möchte mich noch mal ganz herzlich für die wunderbare Trainingszeit mit dir bedanken. Deine unvergleichliche Art, das Skifahren zu vermitteln, ist beeindruckend und hat mir noch mal ein besseres Verständnis fürs Skifahren eröffnet. Deine Art beizubringen, was Skifahren bedeutet, vor allem, was dabei empfunden und gespürt werden muss, um es zu verstehen und auch die richtige Freude dabei zu entwickeln, ist einzigartig. Es zeigt deine jahrzehntelange Erfahrung als Skilehrer und Ausbilder von Skilehrern und zeichnet dich in besonderer Weise aus. Deine dazu genialen kleinen Übungen und Verständnisbrücken, die du immer wieder einbaust, um es besser zu verstehen, sind einfach genial. Dear Paul, I would like to thank you again for the wonderful training time with you. Your incomparable way of teaching skiing is impressive and has given me a better understanding of skiing. Your way of teaching what skiing means, and especially what needs to be felt and sensed in order to understand it and also to develop the real joy in doing so, is unique. It shows your decades of experience as a ski instructor and trainer of ski instructors and sets you apart in a special way. Your brilliant little exercises and bridges of understanding that you keep incorporating to better understand it are simply brilliant. My partner and I were lucky to have Paul as our ski instructor for 3 days. He helped us progress massively, while taking us to different slopes every time and ensuring we had a good time while learning new skills. We found the radio intercom particularly helpful, as it allowed Paul to give us real-time feedback and we could improve on the spot.
