Eternal Flame — Attraction in Baku City

The place is good, but the police there is extorting tourists. We were taking pictures and having some fun, when two police people appeared and told us that we were being loud and they will take us to police station and deport us. Then they asked a fine payment of 150AZM on spot and then reduced the fine to 100 AZM and obtained money without any receipt. It was very disappointing...

Nulla a che dire per il monumento e la via dei martiri. Stavamo percorrendo la via con la mia ragazza e ci siamo scambiati un bacio. Il poliziotto che presidia la fiamma mi ha chiamato in disparte, dove non potevamo essere visti. Si inventa la storia di una multa da 150AZN per il bacio e che lui ha fatto cancellare il video, per questo si aspettava un "gift" da parte nostra. Alla nostra reticenza ha detto:" che fate venite in caserma?" Noi abbiamo risposto che eravamo disposti ad andare in caserma e che se si parla di rispetto non è rispettoso chiedere mancette proprio nel posto dove sono i suoi morti.
