It's very crowded, parking is tricky (I'd recommend parking at the little lot at Summer Park 200ft away) with guys trying to get you to pay them for whatever (hard to tell if you don't speak Portuguese). It's really windy, even in the morning and in the cove, and the water is brownish and choppy and cold (they don't call it Cabo Frio for nothing). Did I mention it's crowded? Wall to wall people.
