Pousada Terra do Mar — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Cabo Frio

This fantastic Pousada is a little slice of heaven! set in lush tropical gardens with a gorgeous swimming pool, each bungalow has its own private courtyard, flat screen tv, air conditioning, frigobar and each beautifully decorated ||The owner's Isabel and Michele will go above and beyond for their guests (the service is of european standard, emails promptly replied to and any special arrangements are welcomed) ||I have never felt more welcome or better looked after! The location is perfect 2min walk to the beach and 10-15min stroll to all the shops and night life of Rua das Perdras! ||This Pousada is one of a kind! We just came back from a week end in Buzios. We decided to take this pousada because of the advise in the Lonely Planet guide. Actually the choice was excellent. The place is fantastic. Close to the Fearrdura beach to go walking (200m) but not too close to hear the noice of the beach parties during the nights. Distance from the city center is about 2km, which can be easily covered with a 10-15min walk, but being with car would be better||The place is extremely silence, nice and well keeped. The owner, a nice french men, take care of the place in a very detailed way and is able to be kind with all guests. Rooms are big and with nice furnitures that owner himself take care to buy in the local artesanate shop. The swimingpool is clean and big enough, with sufficient space around||Breakfast is rich and is a real pleasure to take it in the nice "veranda".||Finally (and most important!), price was reasonable and fair, when compared to the quality and to the other pousadas. We've been at the Pousada for the second time. It was as lovely as our first stay.|It's in a quiet location only 100m away from Ferradura beach. To the center of Búzios it's only a 15 min. walk by foot.|The bungalows are very comfy with it's own little terrace with chairs and a table. To the backside each bungalow has its own patio with chairs and green. They are all equipped with a fridge and Netflix. Outside there is a well cared for swimming pool in a very green and calm surrounding.|The breakfast is served on the terrace of the main building. It provides everything you could want like fantastic fruit salad, different kinds of bread, cake, cheese, cold cuts, juice, freshly made eggs any style you want, different teas and a great coffee. |Michel is a really good host and is there for you and any queries.
