Small gallery with contemporary and traditional local artists on the 1st floor and a permanente exibition on the 2nd floor. I really enjoyed the exhibitions on the 1st floor! Staff is very friendly and helpful, speaks some English. Entrance fee is 1 museum-5lv 2-7lv 3-9lv. You can easily see all 3 on a rainy afternoon or morning.
