Hotel Balchik — Hotel in Balchik

This is a good decent hotel in Balchik. It is not located near the water, so you need to walk to the beach, about 10-15 minutes. The hotel itself is good, with some what small rooms. They had us booked for 2 double rooms, but put us in a small apartment, which was good. The was no shower curtain and we had to ask for towels for the room. Breakfast was included with our price, with bread , tomatoes, cucumbers, meat and cheese, and also with coffee or tea. I was there in late june. The hotel was nice, clean and friendly personnel. There was not a problem in the room, everything was ok. Food was in a buffet, where you had cereal, jam, different kinds of cheese, toast, salami, eggs, yoghurt, tea and coffe.|| The hotel is very well located next to the beach and Queen Mary of Romania castel (and of course to the Queen Mary's botanical gardens. I was looking for a room for a night with my wife l had a limited budget l asked lady at the front desk if she can give me a better deal she start treating me with rude and insulting way that saying no l won’t give you any room just leave here no discount etc...l shocked l didn’t know what to say we left the hotel with discriminated and insulated. I won’t send Hotel Balchik to any of my friend and don’t go there please if you don’t want to be insulted. They think they can get away with anything . Very bad...
