Mixed feelings. Not only because of the blocked access road (October 2024 only accessible from Therma Beach) and the rubbish dumped everywhere (why do Bulgarians pollute their own country so much???), but also because of the lack of hiking trails. We were unable to find the viewing tower shown in some photos, not even directions to it. But if you forget these negative things, it is a beautiful swamp forest by the beach, very special. The small river Batova borders the forest on the north and south sides and flows over the beach into the sea.
