Read moreIt is an amazingly well preserved castle ( the walls and structures) and the tickets were cheap( buy them in a secluded spot outside, no one checks them at the castle, so you can go without buying really), however, it is very sad to see how abandoned it is - most furniture and equipment is missing or rotting way, there is nothing much to see asides from the torture room and some other few rooms, so what you get is an empty abandoned castle vibe. The castle guard towers show signs of vandalism, trash and just fragile wood stairs/furniture. A big chunk of the area was overgrown with grass, a battering ram is also abandoned and rotting away. Visitors should be careful, though; some fallen stone was at our feet in some areas with exhibit cases. Overall, a brilliantly spent morning (and only 3 leva...
