Vida — Hotel in Vidin

We arrived in the hotel on 24th of October 2019 in the evening. The lady at the counter was unfriendly and uninterested. She gave us the key and we had to carry our luggage into the room ourselves.||After we went eating we wanted to go to bed, which was impossible, as the bed of my wife was completely wet.||We asked the lady for a room change. She said that all rooms are rented out and we should live with that.||We asked her to return our money in order we can look for another hotel. She refused. We asked for the manager. She told us, he was not available.||So we asked her to call the police. 3 policeman came to ask, what the problem was. Suddenly the manager was available as well. We told them the situation, but the officers did not do much. They convinced the manager to return half of the money and went away.||After that we had to discuss for 2,5 hours with the manager until he became abnormally angry and threw half of the price onto the table, opened the door for us and shouted : Out here !||||There is no way to excuse such a behaviour and no way that he did not return the whole rent.||||We were lucky that he did not decide to beat us.||||Please, dear travellers : Avoid to stay...
