The mall is pretty but that’s probably the only thing that kept the business afloat. When we arrived there, they were pretty stingy with ice cream and tea, since they were trying to keep their stuff for other customers. The ice cream was really watery and melts very easily by just the warmth of my hand folding the ice cream. We were sorta desperate to go to fun mall for some ice...

They serve their ice cream in plastic cups, even for dine-in customers. We were eating in, we didn't ask to have our ice cream packed for takeaway. Yet, they served ours in plastic cups, with plastic spoons. That's a lot of unnecessary plastic waste, it's not sustainable. I wish they used durable, reusable cups and spoons for...
