August 2025:
Without a doubt, Taves Farms deserves every single one of these five stars! I attended their Butterfly And Blooms media Event & it was pure magic! I never experienced such beauty! I came to the sunflower fields for a magical moment as I released a butterfly into the summer sky all while enjoying some cider!! More than just a beautiful moment, the butterfly release is a powerful symbol of remembrance, transformation, and hope. As butterflies take flight, they carry with them memories, hope, and the quiet strength that comes with growth. They carry your wishes and memories into the sky! We got to sip on some of their ciders and they are top of the line!! We got to enjoy a gourmet meal made with high quality ingredients! We started off with the freshly baked bread, then had panzanella salad…it was the perfect refreshing salad on a hot summer day! The roasted Fraser valley chicken breast was as tender & juicy as it gets! The Black Forest cake at the end was a chocolate lover’s dream! There’s something so peaceful about watching butterflies dance through fields of flowers, soaking up the sunshine! April 2025 visit:
Wherever you are coming from, visiting this Farm is definitely worth it.
I attended Easterfest and it was very well ran and put together. Great flow and set up from start to finish. With peddle carts, jumping pillows and a petting barn, this is sure to be a memorable stop for everyone. It’s a fun place with lots of activities, good food, and it was such a pleasant outing. Seeing and interacting with all the animals was a highlight as well. The Bunnilicious Delight Slushies were the perfect mix of sweet and refreshing! It’s sweet, vibrant, and oh-so-cool!
This is such a cute and fun farm! It’s clear that the staff running this place genuinely care about making sure every guest has a memorable visit. It’s a perfect place for fun and adventure. It was a great day full of smiles. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, wholesome outdoor activity. Thank you Taves Farms for an...
Read moreYou can easily spend 2-3 hours here taking in all the sights and activities. Our group of 6 pre-paid for Fun Passes and got premium parking near the entry where the pumpkin wheelbarrows are kept.
What to do: Buy your bag (small for about $17) which includes all the apples you can fit in it. Then wander the rows of trees which border the pumpkin patch and select from Ambrosia, Honey Crisp, Fugi.... There's a section decorated with colored pumpkins that has an egg swing and lots of props for photo ops. The barn hosts ducks, bunnies, sheep, pigs and baby goats! The general store sells a variety of apple and spice flavored drinks, jams, baking kits as well as honey and Krauss Berry Farm pies! In the back corners of the store you can watch the apples getting juiced and see inside the bee hive. It's an excellent place to get a unique gift.
What to eat/drink: There's a consession to get drinks, snacks and treats (like an apple sundae) and there were 2 food trucks when we went: Mexican & Shwarma. The Cidery shop has well-priced flights of ciders, cider based cocktails and even mocktails to try. This is the only place I've seen apple cider slushies (available in 2 sizes). Unfortunately, they were all sold out of caramel apples when we went.
Pro tip: wear shoes you don't mind getting dirty and roll up those pant cuffs or tuck them in. Bring in gloves and baby wipes to keep your hands clean, and have large shopping bags or a tarp in the car since the produce from the field could be muddy. Don't forget (like I did) to use your carving pumpkin purchase voucher (included with the family pass) Note: The only difference between the "Fun Pass" & the "Super Fun Pass" is the hay ride. Our group was all double-digit ages and didn't feel we missed out by not including it in our visit. You can't pay for it separately, so pick the ticket that includes it if you have little ones that may enjoy a break from walking - there's a...
Read moreWorse farm ever!!
Way too expensive. Taking my kids to many different farms during the pumpkin season every year. This one really expensive. For a farm they charge over 27dollar per adult. Ridiculous. Oh. You have to pay for extra fees for parking too!! Shocked. 27 +dollor admission per one person and parking not included. Thats fine. I drive all the way from vancouver to here. i dont mind purchased that. But!!!
We were here this Saturday morning. Around 12ish. Only one staff working in the entrance to sold the tickets. There are about 40people lining up in order to purchase tickets. Another line saying express entrance for someone bought the tickets online. Two lines. Share one only one cashier during rush busy hour. Eventually some people seeing someone is lining up in the express line then keep following that. Bad management system!! For the tickets we wait for over 30mins. Long line up and mix line up and only one person working.
Tickets are expensive. Thats fine. But at least provide better service. Hire more staffs.
Second. They have different types/level of tickets. However, inside the farm. Nothing different for expensive or cheaper tickets. you got all the access no matter what tickets you bought. Thats really funny. So why charge people extra?? Dont spend extra money like me! All the activities are open to everyone. Interesting.
The farm is big. One thing really attractive is the jumping thing for the kids. My two boys love that. Any ohters are same as any other farm. Some slides same as we have in the backyard. Honestly no farm would charge 27+for admission plus extra parking fee.
Willow view farm no admission charge and free parking
