We walked along the edge of Wabamun Lake slowly. It was sunny that day, so there were many people sunbathing, and some children were playing in the sand. I really want to say that the lake is definitely huge. It was giving us the feeling of being at a seaside beach.

Nice area, busy as it is a boat launch. Kids need to be careful, great little area while getting ready to go on the lake. Kids can go an play while you get the boat ready. Close to stores in case you are missing something.

Great day fishing at Wabamun Lake. It's nice to have a well developed boat launch and dock area as well as clean and stocked bathrooms and changing area. You are required to pay for parking, but it is well worth it for the use of the great bathrooms, dock and boat launch. Just an absolutely positive experience that ended with a huge yummy icecream cone from the Yellow Submarine shop in Wabamun Village!!! Get out and go...

Loved it. We wanted to go to kapasawin but it was full. We went at 10 and it is $10 to park at wabamun for the day. We gave out ticket to the next person as we left. It was super busy but plenty of space for everyone. If you have young kids I suggest leaving early so you can get a beach spot to watch them. There was a food truck there too. Splash park and playground...

Really nice waterfront park! It has a small beach and a really nice boat launch. There is also a small playground and brand new bathroom facilities. There are often events scheduled here throughout the summer so there is almost always something to do. While it is costly to park here for the day ($20), you are right...
