We visited late-May. A former fish plantation since the early 1700s, the oldest wooden house in Newfoundland is located at this site. The house was also the property of Senator F. Gordon Bradley, the leader of the Newfoundland Confederation movement in the late 1940s. It's interesting to walk through and see how people used to live back in the day.
